Ice Pop Joy by Anni Daulter
When I received this book about two weeks ago I was so excited to try out the recipes. I started reading the book and the recipes and I found everything to be easy to make. My toddler looked over my shoulder and saw the pictures and said "I want some".
Anni Daulter method is simple. Use organic fresh fruits and vegetables, use natural sweeteners, and get your kids involved.
Since my toddler showed interest I had him pick out a recipe. He chose "Vincent's Chocolate Wonder"...it was meant to be. He saw his name and he said "I want THAT one!"
I chose "Orange Joy" since we just went Orange Picking in La Verne and got ourselves a little juicer.
We went to the grocery store, did our shopping, put on our aprons, and started to work. I had him chop up the chocolate (with a small butter knife) and squeeze the oranges.
We LOVED them! Now he wants to try other recipes. I know soon we will be trying our own combination.
