Debby Ryan Gives Details On Her New Show "Jessie"

We love Debby Ryan's cheerfulness, and the starlet sure has lots to be "cheery" about these days!
Fanlala caught up with Debby on the orange carpet for the KCAs where she told us what we can expect from her new show "Jessie."  She says there will be a hot "door guy" as well as an exciting plot.
